Anumba Spa
The luxurious contemporary style Spa will feature four air-conditioned aromatherapy treatment rooms, all with two beds and four open-air Thai massage salas. Sauna, fitness room with sea view, meditation pavilion, a bar with relaxation deck and a shop complete this astonishing architectural master piece. The Spa will be operational as of 15 September and offer treatments, while there will still be some interior work in process to complete the facilities.
Garden Pool
A second swimming pool is being built in the garden towards the back of the resort, enhancing the quality of the superior villas located in this part of the property. A pool bar and large sun deck are also part of the new pool. This swimming pool will be completed by 15 September.
Deluxe Villas with Pool We are also creating four more pool villas by adding plunge pools to the deluxe villas located next to the beach. These villas are similar in size and furnishing like our deluxe villas but feature a private plunge pool for every comfort. All the villas will be completed by 15 September.
Lobby
The open-air sitting area in the lobby located close to the beach is being extended to create more seating space for arriving and departing guests. A casual beach bar corner and guest services desk are also part of the same area, which will be operational as of 15 September.
Tennis Court
The new artificial grass tennis court is located behind the Anumba Spa, shaded by lush tropical coconut trees and featuring flood lights for play after sun set. The tennis court is expected to be available as of 15 September whilst some of its immediate surroundings will still undergo landscaping work.
The Lighthouse
We are also adding one more pool villa featuring two bedrooms with identically outstanding facilities and both with Jacuzzi. This pool villa will be the ideal choice for families or a group of friends appreciating every comfort in a peaceful setting with private swimming pool and a large terrace. The Lighthouse’ terrace on the top floor of the tower offers guests amazing views over Batok Bay. The Lighthouse will be completed by the end of November 2005.
Sunset Beach Restaurant
Our Sunset Beach Restaurant offering local specialties and seafood BBQ is being re-built and upgraded. It will be open as of 1 October 2005. |

- 50% discount for children below 12 years old on scheduled speed boat transfer

- Boat schedule: From Phuket (Chalong Bay) to Racha at 10.00h., 14.00h., 17.00h.

The above schedule may change subject to flight arrival times of guests or weather and sea conditions.
Important Notice: Guests arriving later than 16.00h. at Phuket International Airport cannot be transferred to The Racha on the same evening, as we do not operate the boat at night time. The Racha will assist in making alternative arrangements for overnight stays in Phuket in case of late arriving flights or delays, but will not be financially responsible.
Please also notice that the sea conditions during the boat transfer can be unpredictable and guests are encouraged to wear appropriate and light attire.
The Racha will not operate its boats if there is the slightest safety concern or in case of strong winds or uncertain sea conditions. Every effort will be made by our land based staff in Phuket to assist in making alternative arrangements for the guests until the situation is considered safe. In such an event, The Racha will not be financially responsible for delays of for guest relocations caused by adverse sea conditions.
CHILD POLICY: Children below 12 years old receive 50% discount on all meal rates as advertised in this contract.
