How to reserve the room |

Step 1: Selection of Your Required Hotel |
At ThaiBoutiqueHotel.com, you can find the list of selected hotels and their description, various hotel pictures and the special room rates. You can use our Online Reservation Form which provided at the bottom of each hotel page to input your reservation request. In case you would like to ask some questions prior to the booking, you can e-mail us at:

Our Customer Service Team is highly responsive to reservation requests and enquiries. Generally you can expect our response within one business day depending upon the volume and queue. |

Step 2: Room Availability Check by thaiboutiquehotel.com |
We will then check the hotel(s) availability and advise you about the results via Email. This can take a few hours or longer, depending on Thai office times at hotels and discount brokers, as well as our office. We will reply to all requests within 24 hours. On weekends and Thai holidays there can be a slight delay in checking availability, which we will inform you about. |
After check the room availability and the response from the hotels/resorts is positive. We will reserve the room and hold them for a few days at first and then send you a quotation state your reservation request, and rate via EMail. |
In case the reply from the hotel is negative which could happen during the high or peak season, we will try our best to find another alternative hotel and inform you accordingly for your review and decision. |

Step 3: Reconfirm reservation and payment |
For your confirmation date, we would request you to pay full amount of the room charge which you can find many way that suit to you as below several method of payment. |

Step 4: Voucher issuing |
Once we receive the full amount due, will then send you a hotel voucher (by E-Mail Attachment, in Portable Document Format (.pdf), which you can open and print with the Adbobe Acrobat Reader).You have to present this voucher at the hotel reception upon check-in. You can also use your id card or passport for check-in. |
Please do not pay room charges at the hotel again. Only other expenses such as minibar telephone charges, laundry etc will be settled directly at the hotel. |

Cancellation Fee |
Notification of cancellations/amendments can be accepted via letter, fax, or e-mail only but they will not be guaranteed. The following scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification of cancellation is received. This is a general policy except each of hotel policy and/or otherwise stated

If notification of cancellation is received after sending the confirmed hotel's voucher : THB 500-nett will be charged for our service charge fee. |

Low Season Period : May 1 until October 31 for all destinations & May 1 - July 15 and September 16 - December 14 for Samui only.
- Any cancellations made more than 7 working days* prior to check-in date, 5% of total room price will apply for handling fee.
- Any cancellations made 7 working days* (or less) prior to check-in date or in the case of NO-SHOW, one night penalty plus handling fee (5%) willl be charged.
- Amendment need to be made not less than 5 working days* prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly).
- We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

Peak SeasonPeriod : December 15 - January 15 / Festive and Holiday period for all deatinations
- Any cancellations made more than 30 working days* prior to check-in date, two nights penalty plus handling fee (5%) will be charged.
- Any cancellations made less than 30 working days* prior to check-in date or in the case of NO-SHOW, no refund will be made.
- Amendment need to be made not less than 15 working days* prior to check-in date (in case of emergency, please contact our reservation directly).
- We will not responsible for any (additional) charges incurred after cancellations/ amendments without confirmation from our side.

If you fail to cancel your reservation, and/or do not check-in to a confirmed hotel, you will be charged of two nights room rate plus Bank Fee 5% will be levied.

What if I wish to extend my stay
|
To continue to take advantage of our low rates, you should place another booking with us. You can just walk into an Internet cafe at your holiday destination in Thailand, which will find literally at every corner, and place another reservation request online. If you book directly at the hotel for the extension period, you will be charged a different rate to our prices, which will usually be significantly higher. |
What if the hotel I required is not listed
|
We are able to offer other hotels not listed on our web site. If the particular hotel you require is not listed, please e-mail us using the contact us form giving information on the hotel name, location, check in/out dates, room type and number of rooms. We will then try and secure you a competitive price for this hotel. |
Low Price Policy |
For special prepaid rates we offer wholesale rates direct to you (with a small service charge added on). We have partnered with major Travel Wholesalers in Thailand, who have contracted blocks of hotel rooms at very special rates. We are passing these savings on to you which previously only enjoyed by travel agents and corporations. |
